CHARLES PLAISIR
COACHING
For nearly a decade, I have followed athletes on ice, in ball hockey as well as in off-ice training. I focus on fundamentals of movement that can be integrated in different situations, including other sports. Through continuing education and collaboration, I strive to offer an up-to-date approach that will benefit any player I get to work with on the ice, regardless of their level.

Learn and progress
Through private and semi-private sessions, I strive to offer an opportunity to improve for all. Younger or older, beginner or advanced, everyone will learn in a positive atmosphere with me!

Semi-private sessions
For small groups who share a bond (teammates, siblings, or friends) I aim to develop key tactical concepts that can be implemented at any youth level. I develop technical skills and put them to the test in simulated games, real-game situations and competition-based exercises. I always promote a fun yet rigorous atmosphere to ensure improvement.
Full-team sessions
For spring hockey teams or even regular season groups, I plan practices based on the coaches' objectives set in a refreshing, high-paced session that might change the routine for a group that meets often or a group that is limited to a half-ice time slot. With small area games and competitive exercices, most teams I work with come out of their practice happy and drained, looking forward to the next session.
